Rules
All contests and giveaways hosted by or created by Mortimer&Co (including the Mouse and Mortimer Blog) are not affiliated with Instagram, Disney, Starbucks, or any related brands or companies involved with the prize(s). No purchase necessary, and purchase will not alter odds of winning. Open to residents in the United States. All winners, unless otherwise stated, will be selected by a random generator from a pool of entrants. Randomly selected winner(s) will be notified via Instagram, at which point shipping information will be established. For finished products, shipping should be within a week, with possible extended shipping for made-to-order products. Please see below for normal giveaway procedure.
Host site or instagram account (either Mouse and Mortimer or Mortimer&Co) will offer a giveaway with announcement of rules and prizes in an instagram post and on www.mortimerco.com/giveaways. Each giveaway will have a stated timeframe for entry and eligibility.
All eligible participants who enter the giveaway or contest via Instagram, the website, or any other stated forms will be put into a pool of potential prize winners. NOTE: host has the right to eliminate participants from the pool of potential winners if they are caught breaking eligibility rules (I.e. following and unfollowing if “following” is a requirement).
A random generator website or app will be used to randomly select winner from the pool of potential winners by specified announcement date. Winner will be notified via Instagram unless otherwise stated. Shipping information will be established at this point. If no response is made within 48 hours, eligibility may possibly be forfeited to a randomly-generated runner up.
After shipping information is established, prizes will be shipped via USPS first class or priority mail. Please allow extending shipping in various circumstances, such as natural disasters or in instances where prize items are made after winner is selected.
